The usage of the program is very simple. Launch Deliwin, you will be asked for your del.icio.us account info, put username and password or, if you don't have one, go to del.icio.us and do it. Then Deliwin will download and display
all your bookmarks. When you add new bookmarks, simply tell Deliwin to reload them, and you will be up to date.
